I work across technology, design, strategy and artificial intelligence. Not to add complexity, but to find possibilities that weren't on the table before.
I'm a partner and CTO at Emfasi and I build my own products: that's where I test everything before I write about it. I care about AI that actually gets used — process automation, agents that manage projects, assisted development — told from the trenches, not from theory.

- AI agents in the agency's day-to-day. We design agents that take on real work: one is already in production, resolving development tickets overnight, always with a human reviewing before anything reaches a client.
- Gamifying the team's work. A virtual world where the agency's projects come alive and grow as the real work moves forward. The goal: everyone sees at a glance how things are going, and celebrating progress becomes part of the daily routine.
